Here’s the thing – you want to massively up level your visibility on social media but you feel overwhelmed and have no idea where to start. You’re spending hours scrolling through Insta stories and the ‘Tok only to feel scared sh**tless when you try to jump on and record your own posts.

After learning Human Design a few years ago, I quickly realized that how difficult it was to show up on socials to talk about my business in a way that didn’t make me break out in a hot-yoga-style-sweat before every IG story or Facebook live …particularly when all I saw around me were Human Design ‘gurus’ who spoke it like a second language.
