Description
Im super happy to announce the release of my second series on the applied maths course! ( mainly because i can now sleep at night)
- If you find yourself wanting to create industry standard nodes but just not sure where to start then this course is a nonbrainer.
- It’s literally going to cover every form of multiplication you could imagine and also introduce you to lots of programming techniques.
- I’m going to ask that the only prerequisite you have is a good understanding of vectors, matrices, quaternions and a decent understanding of multiplication order as this course is going to ramp up in difficulty extremely fast. ( this is why i created my first course so check out the bundle deal for both of them)
- Throughout the course we are going to be using previous project knowledge to build up to our penultimate project: A curve sampling system from scratch!
- We are going to derive our own hermite cubic spline using basis functions then further explore different ways of adjusting the tangents in our equation.
- We will then be reparameterizing our system from scratch using linear remapping techniques as bifrost doesn’t have a “MFnNurbsCurve” with all the handy wrapper functions for uniform and parametric blending.
- Then we will wrap up the project by adding our internal upcurve and series of aim matrices along our new reparameterized system.
