Laketown (4.26 – 4.27 and 5.0 – 5.4) for Unreal Engine

Ready to use medieval style lake houses and docks. Has different details on all sides for variation.  You can create totally new scenes with just a couple of meshes. All assets are highly optimized. Building does not have interiors. Raining snow is a single post ptocess material. Ground snow effect is procedural and can be disabled/adjusted from individual materials.
