Objective: To create a safe space to acknowledge and address the common fears surrounding AI, replacing misconceptions with a foundational understanding of what AI is and isn’t.
Content: A presentation that directly addresses the top-voted fears with facts and context. For example, discussing how AI is more likely to be a co-pilot than a replacement in many jobs, and showcasing historical examples of technological shifts.
What is AI? (The Non-Technical Explanation).
Content: A simple, analogy-driven explanation of AI, machine learning, and generative AI. We’ll use everyday examples like email spam filters, movie recommendations on streaming services, and portrait mode on smartphone cameras.
Activity: “Spot the AI” Game. Participants will be asked to identify the AI working behind the scenes in their daily online activities. This helps to normalize AI and show that they are already interacting with it.

Objective: To have a positive and creative first interaction with AI, demonstrating that it can be a helpful and easy-to-use tool for communication and idea generation.
Module 3: From Words to Wonders – Creating with AI Image Generators
Objective: To unlock creativity and demonstrate how AI can be a powerful tool for visual expression, regardless of artistic skill.
Module 4: Supercharging Your Productivity with AI Assistants
Objective: To showcase how AI tools can save time and streamline daily tasks, reducing workload and stress.
