during my 20 years stay aboard, most of my time, I cook Chinese dishes as I have a Chinese family. I just video my daily cooking and collect 11 representive dishes for the basics.
In those videos, I will show you how to cook in both chinese traditional and innovative way, how to use seasoning and how to cook like a real Chinese. Even with ingredients which are difficult to find in western world, I will tell you how to replace them with something else.
