Without that understanding, marketing decisions are often based on assumptions rather than real insight.
We begin by exploring how to identify your ideal customer and the different ways businesses can research and understand their audience. You will learn how to gather meaningful information about customer needs, motivations, behaviours, and expectations. This includes understanding how customers think, how they make decisions, and what influences them throughout the buying process.
